Because we have such unique products we know you will be purchasing your item without the privledge of seeing and handling it. You will be buying it from a photo with a description and as such if it is not what you expected we will work with you until you are satisfied. To help you with your return we have the following policy. We do not accept returns on used product. It must be returned in the same condition it was recieved.

To maintain our records, we do require you to first contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can only get a return authorization by contacting us. Unfortunately we must refuse all returns that are not pre-authorized by having a Return Authorization Number.

Please include the following in your email request so we can schedule the return:
1- Your Name
2 - Name of person that originally ordered the item you are returning (if different).
3 - Street Address (no PO Boxes)
4 - City, State Zip Code
5 - Reason for the return:
6 - Date of Purchase (if known):
7 - Sales Receipt Number (if known):

Within 24 hours of receiving this information our customer service department will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When returning items, we highly recommend that you insure your return parcel. ThePicnicCarriers.com is not responsible for items lost during the return process.

Although we offer free shipping on some items, returns will not inlude our cost of shipping the item. Our cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items returned within 30 days will receive full credit. Sorry, no returns are accepted after 30 days.

Product Exchanges Due to Damage or Defects.

ThePicnicCarriers.com's policy on product exchanges is designed to protect you against any manufacturer defects or damage during shipping. Most times a replacement can be sent out the very same day and you WILL NOT have to pay an additional shipping fee. You will also receive a return authorization for returning the defective or damaged item to us and we will send UPS or FedEx to pick it up.

Order Cancellations Before or After An Item Ships

Cancellation of your order before your item has been shipped is free of charge and will result in a full refund of the amount paid.  In the event that the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, the cancellation will be treated like a return.  Please refer to the Return For Refunds section of this page. In order to cancel your order before it is shipped please contact a Customer Service Agent as-soon-as possible by phoning 1-(866)738-8657 before 5 PM EST on the same day you place your order.

We offer Picnic Time Quality product.  Picnic Carrier is so confident in the integrity of our products that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the life of the product.

Picnic Carrier products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.

• 600x600 denier polyester with waterproof PVC backing
